FRANCE 2


We went looking for wine to taste. The first place we stopped the guy who made the wine wasn't home so we said hello to the horses.















We found some wine.












There was some good wine here. In the Minervois region they use a lot of a grape called carignan in their red wine.

We visited a village called Minerve. The village is situated on top of the gorge of the River Cesse. Near the village the river disappears underground.

Minerve is the capital of the Minervois wine region.
